• Returns must be in original condition. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
• If items are returned after our 30 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
If you are looking to return your manufacturer direct item, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund:
1. Email our customer service department and advise of the item you would like to return
2. Please provide us with detailed information, including your order number, item you are returning, as well as why you are returning your item
3. Once you have contacted us, we will review your request and provide further instructions
4. If you need to attach a photo, to ensure we are able to view your attachment, please do not send over files larger than 25MB
* It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement.
